1. In accordance with the following terms Find the Star  grants you certain rights and in return you agree to certain obligations. Please read the user terms carefully as they are a legal document and by your continued use of the web site you are bound by the user terms. If you are not in agreement with these terms and do not wish to be bound by them, please exit the web site and do not use the web site in the future.

2. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: You agree that this agreement, for all purposes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. You also agree, subject to the following clause, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts as regards any or matter arising under this agreement.

Find the Star accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever arising or resulting from your use or reliance on any consent, material or goods or services available or purchased throughout Find the Star or from any other third party or third party web site linked to this web site. Any disputes regarding a third party web site shall be directed to the web site or merchant in question and not Find the Star  and you acknowledge that Find the Star shall accept no liability in this respect.

4. If you register for any competition or free prize draw on the web site the “COMPETITION AND FREE PRIZE DRAW RULES” shall also apply.

5. Find the Star  respects the Copyright of others and our users are required to do the same. 6. COMPETITION AND FREE PRIZE DRAW RULES:
6.1 To enter any competition or free prize draw on Find the Star you must be a UK resident over the age of 18 years.
6.2 No employee of Find the Star may enter any competition or free prize draw. 6.3 Entries must be received by 17.00 hours on the closing date. Winners will be notified within 72 hours of the closing date.
6.4 Winners will be required to submit their postal details to Find the Star within 14 days and prizes will be sent within 2 days. .
